CARDIFF SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT TO ACQUIRE RIDE TODAY ACCEPTANCE.

FT LAUDERDALE, FL – 2/1/2017 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — Cardiff International, Inc. (OTCBB: CDIF) announced today they entered into an LOI (Letter of Intent) to acquire Ride Today Acceptance, LLC (RTA).

Founded in January 2015, RTA capitalizes on a unique and profitable financing opportunity in the U.S. sub-prime motorcycle financing market. RTA has spent the last two years building a financial infrastructure and expanding its dealer footprint.  As of January 1st, 2017, RTA has 204 dealers in 15 states.  2016 garnered over $6.5MM in original loans, ending the year with a portfolio of over $7MM with losses of less than 1.6%.

Unlike the subprime auto industry, RTA provides customers two major advantages over a subprime auto loan: 1.) favorable payment terms; 2.) assets with a slower depreciation rate. 

With over 65 years of combined experience in dealerships, finance companies and credit risk management, RTA’s senior management believes it’s in their best interest to become part of Cardiff which provides them the financial platform to double their business over the next 12 months projecting their portfolio between $15-$20MM.

The U.S. new motorcycle sales averages approximately $350MM annually, while used motorcycle sales exceed $1.3B annually.  RTA was recognized by Power Sports Finance in December as one of the top 10 sub-prime lenders in 2016.

In August 2016, RTA entered into an agent agreement with RPMOne, a leader in sales of Powersports after-market products currently in 800 dealerships nationwide.

16-year-old App Developer Launches Crowdfunding Project For Elevator Video Game

Elevator Jungle, an interactive mobile-based video game designed to simulate adventure and activity in rows of moving elevators, this week officially launched an IndieGoGo crowdfunding campaign for garnering widespread support and the necessary financial backing to expand and develop the game even farther.

Developed by a 16-year-old programmer with a knack for programming interactive and eye-catching games that will entertain anyone, no matter their age, Elevator Jungle is in need of financial support for further app development and game programming elements.

“Programming is undoubtedly my passion, which is why I pursued the creation of Elevator Jungle on my own dime,” said Loris Wilwert. “The rollout of the game in the Google Play and Apple App Store has eaten up most of my funds, pointing me in the direction of launching an IndieGoGo campaign for sharing my creation and vision with financial backers around the world.”

In 2015, he performed two open air concerts on TIMES SQUARE (New York) for BEST OF FRANCE with the presence of the French President Mr Francois Hollande. He released SEPHARDI, an album of Sephardic music in Ladino language and records the title role of RICHARD III in French.

In 2016, he releases ALL MY LOVE IS FOR YOU, a Pop Rock album, entirely composed, performed, arranged and produced by himself. He also played NABUCCO (Nabucco) in New York; and the title roles of DON GIOVANNI and RIGOLETTO at the CARNEGIE HALL. In 2017, David entered the prestigious WHO’S WHO AMERICA for demonstrating outstanding achievements in the entertainment world and for the betterment of contemporary society.

Boundless Connections Technology Centers will do for technology what the YMCA has done for sports and fitness – make it accessible for everyone. The programs and events are designed to develop a

This targets specific weight ratios and certain dosage levels for the Company’s lead product, PRP. Filing one international patent application under the PCT, applicants can simultaneously seek protection for an invention in over 150 countries.
    •    Another patent filed in Spain of last year, titled “Cancer Treatment,” was updated with animal data. These data showed a reduced density in tumors from mice post-treatment. Since this success, a second application was filed with additional claims cancer in a subject by either reducing, or controlling the amount of cancer stem cells.
